About Me

I’m Nikhil Somashekar, founder of Swasth Consulting, with over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Management across the automotive supply chain, from OEMs to Tier 1 suppliers to SMEs. My journey began with hands-on experience in Lean Management through the Toyota Production System, which I later applied to implement the Bosch Production System at Bosch. I then spent years leading Lean projects for Bosch suppliers across India. To broaden my understanding of manufacturing as a business, I completed a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from BITS, Pilani.

Driven by a vision to enhance Indian manufacturing, I founded SWASTH CONSULTING, a Business Wellness partner for SMEs. Our mission is to create thriving organizations in India by transforming SME health through training, workshops, and projects, inspired by the Toyota way. The “SWASTHYA APPROACH” focuses on holistic business success, impacting topline, bottom line, and stakeholder satisfaction.
